The Defense Ministry, in cooperation with the Israel Aerospace Industries and the U.S. Department of Defense Missile Defense Agency announced this morning the successful testing of the advanced Arrow Weapons system. The Arrow 3, which serves as the long-rage Anti Tactical Ballistic Missile defense system, in Israel’s three-tier anti-rocket defense-shield, provided Jerusalem with yet another assurance of Israel’s defensive preparedness against the growing threats from its arch-enemy, the Islamic Republic of Iran, among other potential threats. It is important to note that the Arrow 3 is capable to intercept long-range ballistic missiles, which have the capacity to carry nuclear payloads.
