Happy News Year!

We hope the summer has treated you well so far and you and your loved ones are safe and well.

As our broadcasting cycles go from August to July, involving Finnish and Israeli calendars, it presents us quite a few chances to relay new year greetings and sort of have another chance to start over.

Here is some news from our TV7 Jerusalem team –
The first and foremost in our order of priorities is that another red-headed citizen of our planet Earth was added to our team recently, as our Producer and Office Manager Yair became father to his second beautiful baby girl Rotem Jane. So join us in covering him and his wife Anna with prayers, especially as the fresh new Daddy must go on a 3-day reserve duty next week on Golan Heights.

Other than that joyous event, our team here in Jerusalem plans to continue bringing you the truth from Israel and the Middle East as usual. A couple of new items will be added to our program menu that you can be on the lookout for.

First is a 30-minute Editor’s Note show, where Jonathan and Yair share their hearts and update our viewers, subscribers, and supporters about the developments in the office.

Before the upcoming Jewish holidays, we also plan to record a few programs to explain the meaning and importance of the biblical feasts to the body of Yeshua.

Many of you have been asking how to partner with us and support our work. First and foremost you are welcome to pray for us as we stand on the media mountain defending and presenting the truth here in Jerusalem, Israel’s contested capital, in the center of the Middle East and pretty much the epicenter of many of the events that significantly affect and shape the world around us.

You are also welcome to join our initiative to pray for a specific country every day, which Jonathan will point out at the end of TV7 Israel News program.

You can also help by sharing the truth about Israel, and also our news programs with your friends and family, in a way becoming an ambassador for truth yourself.

Should the Lord bless you and stir your hearts to also support us by material means, you are welcome to partner with us for example on a monthly basis by giving via PayPal link or Donate button on our website, or as and when the Lord leads you. All donations are tax-deductible in the US. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at israelnews@tv7.fi

And as usual, please pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for Israel.

Our 3-month-old national unity government could use some prayer support as they are in the middle of national budget debates, which must be adopted by August 25. Should they fail, new elections could be on the horizon again.

In addition to the above, the nation is challenging the government by protesting about its seeming lack of success in tackling the Coronavirus. Together with several parts of the world, the Jewish State is also forced to ride the second wave of the persistent malady. There is light in the end of the tunnel however, as Israel and many other nations inch closer and closer to presenting the world with the vaccine against COVID-19.

But those who put their hope in the Balm of Gilead are welcome to join us in praying for many eyes and hearts to be opened to see and believe in the Light of the world and receive all the salvation, security, safety, comfort, peace, love and hope He is offering these uncertain days.

Blessings from Jerusalem!
