Palestinian Islamists have yet again launched rockets from the Gaza Strip toward Israel’s southern communities. Out of four rockets that were fired, two were intercepted by the IDF’s Iron Dome Defense Systems. One rocket exploded in an uninhabited area in the Eshkol Regional Council, while another failed to reach Israel and exploded within the territory of the Palestinian enclave, causing damage to a school belonging to the United Nations in the city of Beit Hanoun, which is located in the northern edge of the Gaza Strip. That said, no injuries were reported. The Israel Air Force retaliated by attacking three militant installations in the Palestinian enclave, including a training site and arms depots belong to the Islamist Hamas organization.
